Social and economic responsibility play a vital role in any business, as does embracing diversity in the workplace.

By welcoming a young learner into your team, you’re giving them the opportunity to showcase their unique strengths adding value not just to your business, but to the industry as a whole.

Sometimes, all a young person needs is a chance to break down barriers, feel included, and contribute in a meaningful way. With the right support, they can thrive, and your business can benefit from their fresh perspectives and enthusiasm.

Inclusivity Importance

Supporting young people from all backgrounds, including those with disabilities, is essential.

By providing the right opportunities, businesses can unlock their strengths, talents, and perspectives, allowing them to become valued, impactful team members.

Unique Opportunity

A fully funded one-year internship provides learners across England and Wales with flexible 2-3 days of a workplace experience and 2 days of college learning each week.

This is a fantastic opportunity to nurture and shape a young learner into a valuable future employee.

Support For Employers

If you have room for a young learner in your business, now is the perfect time to get involved!

By opening your doors, you’re not just giving a young person an opportunity you’re gaining a dedicated, enthusiastic team member with full support every step of the way.

The colleges we partner with provide comprehensive support to make the process easy for you. Their job coaches work closely with you and your team, offering guidance on the learner’s needs while ensuring all health insurance and risk assessments are handled seamlessly.

They don’t just support the learner they support your staff, staying involved until everyone feels confident that the young person is ready to work independently.
