Why did you want to apply for the Next Generation Committee?

I wanted to help young people get into the industry—it offers a wonderful balance of creativity and professionalism, with many different career paths to explore. I believe there’s a job for everyone, and I want to help showcase that while encouraging career growth and enjoyment.

What are some of your strengths?

Strong knowledge and practical understanding of the industry, Creativity.

What do you do in your job role?

As a Project Manager in training, I assist project managers and the sales team with their clients and ongoing projects while also managing my own pool of clients and projects.

Some fun facts about you—both in work and outside of work:

I started at Eastern working in the factory, operating machines like printers and cutters. This hands-on experience gave me valuable product and process knowledge, which I now use to guide and advise clients in my project management role. I also create content for social media, which allows me to express my creativity.

In my free time, I love to draw, read, play video games, and spend time with my husband, dog, and friends.
