Bringing more than 35 years of experience in the asset finance sector, Lorna joins Compass with a wealth of expertise spanning operational leadership, relationship management and asset-based lending.

Lorna spent more than two decades at Close Brothers, progressing to Operations Manager and Head of Customer Relationship Management. During her career, she has developed extensive knowledge of the entire funding lifecycle, from initial proposal and pay out through to portfolio management and facility maturity. She also brings significant experience in leading operational teams, improving processes and policies, managing relationships and supporting complex funding structures, experience that will be invaluable as Compass enters its next phase of growth.
