Why are you apart of the Next Generation Committee?
Why am I apart of the committee? I mean Why not? Being part of an initiative like this is incredible and I believe any young person in the industry should get involved. Having been in this field for only a year, I noticed a lack of opportunities for young representation. Through this initiative, I've made so many new connections with peers my age. It's exciting to be in a group where I actually have a voice to support other 18-30-year-olds in the industry, helping them grow and develop both their skills and personal development.

What are some of your strengths?
My strengths lie in all things creative, from designing captivating online content to organizing successful events. While I may not always be the most social person in the room, I make up for it with my strong work ethic and ability to get things done!

What do you do in your job role?
Since ending my apprenticeship, I’ve been fully dedicated to supporting the Next Generation project, alongside our sister initiative, Supported Learning, all with sustainability in mind. I assist Team FESPA with content creation and event planning, tackling whatever tasks need to be done to keep things running smoothly.

Some fun facts about you—both in work and outside of work:
Outside of work, I’m all about having fun and exploring new places! Whether it’s nights out with friends, discovering hidden gems in the UK, attending music festivals, or traveling abroad, I’m always up for an adventure. And yes, I’m a huge fan of music! A fun fact: I’m an ex-figure skater – while I don’t skate as much as I used to, I still love it. Oh, and I have a terrible YouTube channel that I run with my friends (it’s not anything big, just a fun project we do when we’re bored)!
