Our Story
The FESPA UK Next Generation Initiative was launched in January 2023 with one goal: to invest in the future of the print, graphics, and signage industry. Created for young professionals aged 18–30, the initiative provides a platform to connect, develop leadership skills, and build lasting industry relationships.

Since its launch, more than 130 young professionals have joined our growing community, helping to shape the future of the industry through collaboration, innovation, and fresh ideas.
What we do
We bring together the next generation of industry professionals through networking events, workshops, panel discussions, factory tours, and educational experiences. Our aim is to inspire, develop, and connect young talent, giving them the skills, confidence, and opportunities to become the future leaders of the print, graphics, and signage industry.
