Molly's background in Printed Graphics/signage

Before my apprenticeship I had no idea about print or anything to do with the graphic and signage industry, so I joined this industry with no knowledge of what anything was. I am currently FESPA UK Associations Content Creator and team member of the Next Generation committee. My role can be anything from creating emails and doing admin tasks all the way to the creative side of FESPA UK, editing courses we deliver, updating the website and making posts for our social media channels all while doing a degree in  content creation and media marketing.

Why be a part of the Next Generation Committee?​

Why not? Being part of an initiative like this is incredible and I believe any young person in the industry should get involved. Having been in this field for only a year, I noticed a lack of opportunities for young representation. Through this initiative, I've made so many new connections with peers my age. It's exciting to be in a group where I actually have a voice to support other 18-30-year-olds in the industry, helping them grow and develop both their skills and personal development.
