Embracing Neurodiversity
In The Workplace

Join us for an inspiring and interactive Neurodiversity and Employment Awareness Training Day, where businesses and young learners come together to build a more inclusive future.

This event offers a valuable opportunity to learn about the Supported Internship Program, understand how it works, explore the support available and ask any questions you may have.

Don't miss this opportunity to be part of an initiative that fosters inclusion, growth and meaningful employment opportunities!

The day will be led by the FESPA UK team, alongside Camphill College staff and students, with additional support from members of our Next Generation Committee.

If you're interested in supporting a learner and getting involved with the internship project, this is the perfect chance to find out how you can make a difference.

We understand that the unknown can sometimes feel daunting, and businesses may have reservations about working with learners with disabilities.

However, by attending this event, participating in discussions, and engaging with expert-led training, you'll gain the confidence and insight needed to see the incredible benefits of welcoming young learners into your workplace.
