Antalis Hosts Board Meeting and Tour

Our Board Meeting on 8 March offered a little extra both to Board members and to guests of the Association.

The UK headquarters of Antalis in Coalville, Leicestershire, was the venue for the latest Board meeting. When the regular business had been completed the Association welcomed guests who were interested in touring the Antalis factory and also in hearing more about FESPA UK Association.

A buffet lunch was also served and the whole occasion received glowing feedback from those attending.

Michelle Henry of Birmingham-based HNS Signs, commented: “I always find it useful meeting others in a similar industry. It helps to get a wider understanding of similarities and differences within the wider industry. I found it interesting to see what actions Antalis have taken to stay ahead of the game.

“Although knowing of Antalis, I had no idea how much they did. I now have plans to book several of my employees onto their courses. I also made a few contacts that will definitely be of use to my business.”
Stewart Bell of MTEX Technologies also had praise for the event: “Networking with FESPA Members is always engaging and the tour of Antalis was very interesting. Learning about their systems and the way they service and support customers again was invaluable.”

Also during the visit Antalis revealed details of their support for Breast Cancer Now and, on behalf of its members, FESPA UK Association was delighted to make a donation.

Thank you to Frank Moran and his team for an interesting afternoon.
